We offer flat rate shipping Australia wide for $10. Shipping is our treat for any orders over $100.
As we are in a rural area we do not offer Express Shipping at this stage as we find it makes no difference to delivery times.

Our aim is for you to love our product as much as we do. We want you to enjoy your experience with Resonance Tea. If you are unhappy with your purchase in any way, please contact us directly by phoning 0422 706 693 or email us: teateam@resonancetea.com Please quote your name and order number so we can check our records for information relating to your order. We will then be in touch to see how we can fix the matter. Any requests for a refund or replacement on consumable products must be received in writing within 7 days of receipt. Upon receipt of the notification, Resonance Tea may, at its discretion, offer a refund or replacement product to the same value. Please contact us at teateam@resonancetea.com to submit a claim. In the case of non-consumable products, this guarantee is limited to defects in materials or workmanship and does not extend to cover commercial use, misuse or ordinary wear and tear. If a product arrives damaged or does not perform as the manufacturer intended, please contact us within 7 days from the date of receipt. We require photographs of any items submitted for claims for both assessment purposes, and our records. Upon timely notification and presentation of the issue, prepaid arrangements will be made for the item to be returned for replacement. If a product replacement cannot be made, Resonance Tea will offer a comparable product replacement, refund or credit toward future product purchases.
